About
We are two artists who won a cider press at the state fair the same year we moved to 7 acres of semi-rural land in Olympia, WA where we do work-trade for rent, take care of chickens, sheep, and lots of plant babies. A quarter-acre grass lot has been transformed into a highly diverse medicinal and edible garden. Apple, crabapple, plum, and pear trees go into our homemade raw vinegar. With this potent liquid we make herbal potions; delicious and healthful! Alcohol tinctures, tea blends, preserved juices, and much more!
